All orders for Spain are free. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days if the jewelry is in stock.
    Please note that deliveries may take longer than usual during special periods (such as Christmas) or if there is an external factor beyond our control that causes a delay in the Courier Service.
     
    In some cases, we will contact you to arrange an estimated delivery time. The fact that we make the piece of jewelry especially for you and that the whole process is manual means that, in some cases, we may take a little longer to have your piece ready.

       

      Shipments to Europe have a variable cost of between 35 and 90 euros, in terms of insurance and shipping costs.

         

        Today, our online store is only available in Spain and Europe. Anyway, if you need to send a package to the rest of the world, it’s also possible! Contact us at shop@roosik.com and we'll tell you how.

         

        We will refund the total amount of the jewel without any problem, but the shipping and return costs are borne by you.

            Rest assured, no problem.

             

            You have 15 days to change or return your jewelry. All you have to do is make sure to notify us by e-mail, wrap and protect the piece well and return it to us in perfect condition.

            It's very easy:

            1. Request a refund via email and indicate which jewel you wish to return (shop@roosik.com). We will answer you shortly, in case we do not, call us to check that there has been no technical problem with the mail: (+34) 676 64 35 69.

            2. Prepare your return. Wraps and protects the jewel well, in its original packaging. Remember that the jewelry must be in perfect condition, we will thank you for taking care of it.

            3. We will send you a carrier who will pick up the package. From Roosik & Co we will arrange a package pick up day. The package must be tightly closed and protected.

            4. Refund. The money back will be made through the same means of payment that you have used within 14 working days from the moment we receive the package and check that it is in good condition. Once the quality control has passed, we will refund the total amount of the jewel (except for the shipping and return costs that are borne by you).

               

              At Roosik & Co we have a maintenance service that you can access for all those jewels purchased in our store. Maintenance is done biannually and you can request it through shop@roosik.com.
               
              We will provide the first service free of charge, but from the fourth year onwards you will also have a special price as a Roosik customer. Shipping costs, if necessary, would be borne by you.

                 

                Yes, in exceptional cases, such as a hard blow to the part or a manufacturing defect. Remember that each piece has been handmade by a craftsman. In order to protect your jewelry as much as possible, Roosik & Co has created its own basic system that supports and protects these gems as much as possible.

                   

                  Yes. If you dream of a particular piece of jewelry, we can make that dream come true. Tell us your idea, we'll make you a proposal and create a 3D image so you can see what it will look like. Once approved, we will make your piece of jewelry in our workshop.

                     

                    Yes, we can record whatever you want. It could be your name or the name of the person you are giving the piece to, a special date, such as a wedding, birthday, or birth, or a few words that complement the jewel.

                       

                      Rest assured, first of all, you could follow the next steps to get closer to the right size.

                       

                      1. Download the size guide we have prepared for you with the sizes of rings and follow the instructions when printing the sheet. Then, it’s as easy as placing a current ring of the recipient on top of the sheet until the ring fits into one of the circles in the drawing. The corresponding size is marked there.

                      2. You can also contact us: call us or write to us and provide us with information about the height and weight of the person who will wear the ring, as, in our experience, we can give you a size quite close to the actual one.

                      3. When in doubt between two sizes, choose the one that is higher, so it is easier to adjust it later.

                      4. If you still don’t see the size clearly, don’t worry. You can also give away the piece and contact us later so that we can match it with the information given to us by the couple or the lucky one who received the piece. If the size difference is very large, we will make the ring for you again, at no cost!

                      5. If you live outside of Girona and can’t come to the store to get the correct size of the ring, we will cover the cost of shipping the ring to adjust it.

                        Yes, send us the jewel and we will adjust it until it is perfectly placed. Write to us or call us and we will agree on how you will send us the piece. This service is free for those pieces purchased in Roosik, although shipping, tax and insurance costs should be paid for jewelry shipped outside of Spain.
